We ship our orders through the United States Postal Service and their partner UPS Mail Innovations.
      Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item (items) ordered are in stock. If an item is currently out of stock, we will display the estimated delivery date on the item page.
      Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise subtotal before any discounts or credits.
      In USA Regular United States Postal Service -- 4 to 5 business days -- $5.95 for orders up to $19.99, $6.95 for orders $20.00 to $59.99, $7.95 for orders over $60.00.
      In USA Priority Mail Shipping -- 2 to 3 business days -- $9.95 for orders up to $19.99, $10.95 for orders $20.00 to $59.99, $11.95 for orders over $60.00.
      In USA Next Day Mail Shipping -- next business day -- $18.95 for orders up to 19.99, $19.95 for orders $20.00 to $59.99, $17.95 for orders over $60.00.
      Canada and Mexico Priority Mail Shipping-- 2 to 3 business days -- -- $12.00 for orders up to $19.99, $15.00 for orders $20.00 to $59.99, $20.00 for orders over $60.00. Duties and GST tax will be collected by carrier upon delivery.
      International customers will be charged $9.00 in addition to the actual shipping charges and duties.

Common Shipping Delays

  • The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest
  • If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or the shipper has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are placed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Questions:

  • You'll get an email from us letting you know when your order shipped.
  • If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
    • The item/s you purchased is/are backordered.
    • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
